双创能力“两阶三维”式中高职贯通培育探讨

摘要 分析双创能力中高职贯通培育的重要性与可行性,根据中职少年和高职青年的特点,研究在中职和高职两个阶段上,开展涵盖双创思政、双创素质和双创实践三个维度的教育课程与实践活动,形成“两阶三维”式双创能力的中高职贯通育人模式,并探讨实施该模式的路径,以助力持续培育职业技能领域的双创人才。 The importance and feasibility of developing entrepreneurial capabilities within the framework of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of secondary vocational students and higher vocational youths, this study explores the implementation of educational courses and practical activities covering three dimensions: ideological and political education on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial qualities, and entrepreneurial practice, at both the secondary vocational and higher vocational stages. This aims to develop a cohesive “two-stage, three-dimensional” entrepreneurial capability model that spans secondary and higher vocational education. Additionally, the pathways for implementing this model are discussed, with the ultimate goal of continuously nurturing entrepreneurial talents in the vocational skills field.
