虚实结合数控加工实训教学改革与效果评价

摘要 本文介绍了虚实结合教学模式在数控加工实训课程中的应用。以异形螺栓数控车削加工为例,详细描述了该模式下数控车削工艺分析与方案设计、自动编程、虚拟仿真、实际加工与检验等内容。通过该教学模式的引入,激发学生学习的兴趣,提升工程实践能力,以小组为单位进行分工合作,锻炼了学生沟通协作能力,培养了学生工程思维和创新思维。同时,采用课程考试和实训项目考核(组内自评、组间互评、教师评价)的教学评价方法,更加真实的反映出学生学习效果,为实训教学进一步优化提供依据。 This paper introduces the application of virtual and real combination teaching modes in NC machining training courses. Taking the special-shaped bolt numerical control turning processing as an example, the process analysis and scheme design, automatic programming, virtual simulation, actual processing and inspection of CNC turning in this mode are described in detail. The teaching mode is introduced to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their engineering practice ability. The division of labor and cooperation in small groups exercises students’ ability to communicate and collaborate while cultivating engineering thinking and innova-tive thinking through the completion of a series of teaching group tasks. At the same time, the teaching evaluation methods of course examination and practical training project assessment (self-evaluation within the group, mutual evaluation between groups, teacher evaluation) are adopted to more truly reflect the learning effect of students and provide a basis for further optimization of practical training teaching.
