摘要 随着我国职业教育的重要性不断上升,政府出台多项文件为职业教育的发展提供政策支持和指导,其中强调新型活页式教材的开发应用是职业教育改革的内在诉求。文章通过将OBE理念的核心要素和岗位工作流程的实际职业环境对接为基础,探讨将这两者有效整合到活页式教材的开发与应用中,以提高教育效果,并强调创新的教材设计策略,包括任务情境模拟、任务流程思考、任务流程步骤策划和多媒体资源整合,以提升学生的学习体验和教育实践的潜在价值,为教育者和教材开发者提供有益的指导,有助于推动职业教育创新与质量提升,并在实践应用与可持续性方面提供了有价值的见解。 As the importance of vocational education in China continues to grow, the government has introduced a series of policy documents to support and guide its development. These policies emphasize the need for the development and application of new types of interactive learning materials, which are an inherent requirement for vocational education reform. This article is based on the core elements of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles and the alignment of work-place workflows with actual occupational environments. It explores the effective integration of these two components into the development and application of interactive learning materials to enhance educational outcomes. The article also underscores innovative instructional design strategies, including scenario-based simulations, task flow analysis, task sequencing, and the in-tegration of multimedia resources to improve students’ learning experiences and the potential value of educational practices. It provides valuable guidance for educators and instructional material developers, contributing to the advancement of innovation and quality improvement in vocational education, as well as offering insights into practical application and sustainability.
