乡村振兴战略背景下乡村基层干部学历提升职业教育人才培养模式实践研究

Research on the Practice of Vocational Education Talent Training Model for Rural Grassroots Cadres’ Academic Degrees Improvement under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村基层干部的培养直接关系到乡村振兴战略的顺利实施,北京农业职业学院农村新型经济组织管理(村务管理方向)专业从2018年至今一直承担着京郊乡村基层干部学历提升的重要任务。五年来,学院在课程设置、课程标准、培养方法、管理体系等各个方面都进行了积极的模式探索和有益的改革创新,最终通过实践研究总结出一套符合乡村基层干部人才成长和发展特点的职业教育人才培养模式。

The training of grassroots cadres in rural areas directly relates to the successful implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. The Rural New Economic Organization Management (Village Affairs Management Direction) program at Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture has been undertaking the important task of elevating the educational qualifications of rural grassroots cadres in the outskirts of Beijing since 2018. Over the past five years, the college has actively explored various aspects such as curriculum design, course standards, training methods, and management systems, and has implemented beneficial reforms and innovations. Through practical research, they have ultimately developed a vocational education talent training model that aligns with the characteristics of the growth and development of rural grassroots cadres.
