医学院校大学生廉洁教育现状、问题与对策研究

Current Situation, Problems, and Countermeasures of Integrity Education for Medical College Students

医学院校为社会培养高素质的医学人才,构建和完善廉洁教育,对重塑医学生的职业道德、促进医患和谐、建设幸福社会具有重大意义。近年来,医学院校在开展医学生廉洁教育方面取得了一些进展,同时,也存在形式单一、教育实效不强等突出问题。本文对某医科大学的239名学生进行了问卷调查和访谈,分析了当前医学生廉洁教育的现状以及存在的问题,积极探索医学院校大学生廉洁教育有效措施,并提出将医学生廉洁教育嵌入人才培养方案的设想。

Medical colleges play a significant role in cultivating high-quality medical professionals for society, as well as in building and improving integrity education. This holds great significance in reshaping the professional ethics of medical students, promoting doctor-patient harmony, and constructing a happy society. In recent years, some progress has been made by medical colleges in carrying out integrity education for medical students. However, there are still outstanding is-sues such as a monotonous approach and weak educational effectiveness. This article conducts a survey and interviews with 239 students from a medical university, analyzing the current status and existing problems of integrity education for medical students. It actively explores effective measures for integrity education among college students in medical colleges and proposes the idea of incorporating integrity education for medical students into the talent training program.
