摘要
为了培养理论联系实际的应用型人才,我校构建了室内固井工艺仿真实训平台。该系统集学生实训、教师教学和操作考核于一体。教学系统分为基础知识教学、固井设备操作讲解和固井工艺演示三部分。实训系统可以对在教学系统中演示讲解的5种固井方式的每一种固井工艺进行分工艺步骤的操作实训。考核系统进行实训结果记录和分项目考核、评判。固井工艺仿真实训系统满足了应用型本科教学需要,提高了学生实践能力和创新能力,有助于开展钻井教学改革,利于提高教师教学水平和创新能力。同时,该系统进行实现固井工艺仿真资源共享,开展石油高校及固井培训服务。
In order to cultivate applied talents who integrate theory with practice, an indoor cementing process simulation training platform has been constructed. This system integrates student training, teacher teaching, and operational assessment. The teaching system is divided into three parts: Basic knowledge teaching, cementing equipment operation explanation, and cementing process demonstration. The practical training system can provide step-by-step operation train-ing for each of the five cementing methods demonstrated and explained in the teaching system. The assessment system records the training results and assesses and evaluates each project. The cementing process simulation training system meets the needs of applied undergraduate teaching and improves students’ practical and innovative abilities. It helps to carry out drilling teaching reform, improve teachers’ teaching level and innovation ability. At the same time, it can achieve the sharing of cementing process simulation resources, and carry out petroleum universities and cementing training services.
