身份认同视角下高职院校兼职教师的认同危机与破局

摘要 兼职教师是我国高职教育教师队伍的重要组成部分,而身份认同危机是当前兼职教师队伍建设中的需要克服的一大难题。兼职教师实践工作中的身份具有多重性,面临着两难兼顾导致的自我认同危机、区别对待导致的群体认同危机、乱象丛生导致的社会认同危机、校企差异导致的文化认同危机。因此可以通过主体推动、群体交流、社会标准、文化沁润四方面共同着手破局兼职教师身份认同危机。 Part-time teachers are an important part of the teachers in higher vocational education in China, and the identity crisis is a big problem to be overcome in the construction of part-time teachers. Part-time teachers have multiple identities in their practical work. They are faced with self-identity crisis caused by dilemmas, group identity crisis caused by different treatment, social identity crisis caused by chaos, and cultural identity crisis caused by differences between schools and enterprises. Therefore, the part-time teachers’ identities crisis can be solved through the four aspects of subject promotion, group communication, social standards and cultural nourishment.
