“一带一路”战略下高职院校来华留学生培养模式的创新

Innovation in the Training Model of International Students in Higher Vocational Colleges in China under the “Belt and Road” Strategy

为助力“一带一路”建设和龙江农业“走出去”,促进国际化发展战略,高职院校不断探索培养复合型国际化技术技能人才的模式和路径。黑龙江农业经济职业学院2018年招生培养孟加拉留学生,在留学生人才培养过程中强化汉语言能力、专业知识技能、创新意识、文化认知与国际视野的综合培养,并通过搭建和畅通职业院校留学生学历提升与深造的平台、建设外国留学生实习基地等提升其可持续发展能力,突破了留学生职业教育与本科教育合作的教学局限,逐步构建了“五位一体、四方联动”留学生人才培养模式,创新了复合型国际化农业人才培养路径。

In order to support the construction of the “Belt and Road” and Longjiang Agriculture’s “going out” and promote the international development strategy, higher vocational colleges continue to explore models and paths for cultivating compound international technical skills talents. Heilongjiang Vocational College of Agricultural Economics recruited and trained Bangladeshi international students in 2018. The process of talent training for international students, strengthens the comprehensive cultivation of Chinese language ability, professional knowledge and skills, innovation consciousness, cultural cognition and international perspective, and builds and smoothes the academic qualifications of international students in vocational colleges. Platforms for promotion and further study, construction of internship bases for foreign students have improved its sustainable development capabilities, breaking through the teaching limitations of cooperation between vocational education and undergraduate education for international students, gradually building a “five-in-one, four-party linkage” talent training model for international students, and innovating comprehensive international agricultural talent training path.
