本研究旨在设计与实施一门创新的电机与电气控制专业课程,以适应科技发展和工业需求的快速演变。通过引入跨学科元素、实践项目和新教学方法,课程强调培养学生创新思维和实际问题解决能力。实施过程中,我们对课程进行了全面评估,初步结果表明学生在新设计的课程中表现出更高的学术兴趣和积极性。然而,我们也面临资源配置和学生认知差异等挑战,并提出了改进措施。毕业生在实际工作中展现出较强的适应能力和解决问题的能力,反映出创新课程的积极影响。这一研究旨在为电机与电气控制专业的课程改革提供实证基础,促进高等教育在技术领域的创新和发展。
This study aims to design and implement an innovative electric motor and electrical control curriculum to adapt to the rapid evolution of technology development and industrial demand. By introducing interdisciplinary elements, practical projects, and new teaching methods, the course emphasizes cultivating students’ innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. During the implementation process, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the course, and preliminary results indicate that students show higher academic interest and enthusiasm in the newly designed course. However, we also face challenges such as resource allocation and cognitive differences among students, and propose improvement measures. Graduates demonstrate strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities in practical work, reflecting the positive impact of the innovative curriculum. This study aims to provide an empirical foundation for the reform of electric motor and electrical control courses in higher education to promote innovation and development in the field of technology.
