我国民办高校招生的问题与对策研究

近年来,民办高校的生源持续呈下降趋势,招生难已成为常态化。我国民办高校为了自身的发展,提高了对生源地的竞争力度,导致其招生一再陷入困境,尤其民办高校招生缺额现象比较常见、新生报到率低和招生分数普遍不高等问题成为了国家、社会难以漠视的严峻问题。具体分析问题产生的原因为民办高校办学质量普遍偏低、学费较高及社会各界对民办高校认识的偏差。民办高校破解招生困境,应坚持需求导向,建设创新型民办高校,优化专业结构;优化民办高校的经营环境,加大政府的财政补贴;完善职教高考政策,打破对高考的路径依赖。

In recent years, the source of students in private colleges and universities continues to decline, and the difficulty in recruiting students has become a normal situation. For the sake of their own development, China’s private colleges and universities have improved the competition to the source of students, resulting in their enrollment repeatedly in difficulties. In particular, the phenomenon of enrollment shortage in private colleges and universities is relatively common, the enrollment rate of freshmen is low and the enrollment score is generally not high, which has become a serious problem that the country and society cannot ignore. The causes of the prob-lems are generally low quality of private colleges and universities, high tuition fees and the deviation of the public’s understanding of private colleges and universities. To solve the recruitment dilemma, private colleges and universities should adhere to demand-oriented, build innovative private colleges and universities, and optimize the professional structure;optimize the operating environment of private colleges and universities, and increase the government’s fi-nancial subsidies;improve the vocational education college entrance examination policy and break the path dependence on college entrance examination.
