随着经济社会快速发展,现代化网络技术的发展进一步加大了对计算机的需求,与此同时促进了计算机行业的进一步发展,使得对计算机高素质人才需求量进一步提升。高职计算机教学除培养学生掌握专业知识外,还要求培养学生专业技能,提升学生实际就业率。但就当前实际而言,现阶段高职院校计算机专业学生就业现状较不理想,容易存在人才个人能力水平与专业素质难以满足岗位实际需求。本文首先对高职计算机教学现有问题进行分析,在此基础上探究以就业为导向的高职计算机教学模式改革与创新路径,以期为高职院校计算机专业教学提供一定参考借鉴。
