Research on the Development of Vocational Skills among Undergraduate Students in Vocational Colleges and Universities

党的二十大报告中指出要加快教育事业的发展,建设教育强国,加强基础教育的投入,加大力度探索高等教育模式的创新,在高度重视教育改革发展的同时,特别是推动职业教育型高校高质量发展,为市场经济输送高质量人才。大学生职业技能水平的提升,能够加速企业改造升级转型,实现大数据信息时代产业项目带动市场经济发展的目标。通过剖析大学生职业技能培养过程中存在的问题及现状分析,针对技能型人才育人模式、课程体系建设、实训平台、数据共享创建、创新体系建设等方面,探索适合技能型人才培养的新模式,为市场经济发展提供创新型、复合型高质量技能型人才。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the need to accelerate the development of education, build a strong education country, strengthen investment in basic education, increase efforts to explore innovation in higher education models, attach great importance to education reform and development, especially promote high-quality development of vocational education oriented universities, and deliver high-quality talents to the market economy. The improvement of vocational skills among college students can accelerate the transformation and transformation of enterprises, and achieve the goal of driving market economy development through industrial projects in the era of big data and information. By analyzing the problems and current situation in the process of cultivating vocational skills for college students, we aim to explore new models suitable for cultivating skilled talents in areas such as the education mode of skilled talents, curriculum system construction, practical training platform, data sharing creation, and innovation system construction, in order to provide innovative and composite high-quality skilled talents for the development of the market economy.
