思想政治教育与心理健康教育协同育人是推进大学生素质教育的重要举措。本文阐述了思想政治教育与心理健康教育协同育人的价值意蕴及内在联系,从坚持以学生为本的教育理念、理论与实践并进育人、打造优质的师资队伍等方面来解决育人过程中“以人为本教育理念欠缺,阻碍了学生的个性发展”、“对学生身心健康关注不够,造成教学与育人脱节”、“心理健康知识渗透不足,降低了思想政治教育效率”等存在的问题,为高校教育管理工作提供有益参考。
