高校就业指导课程思政建设的路径探究

Research on the Path of Ideological and Political Construction of Employment Guidance Courses in Colleges and Universities

高校就业指导课程思政建设是高校落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,是促进毕业生高质量充分就业一个重要途径。高校就业指导课程思政建设教育目标是培养大学生正确的职业价值观、树立远大的职业理想、提升职业素养、提高求职心理素质,实现高校育人和育才的有机统一。当前高校就业指导课程思政建设在课程设计、教学方式、师资力量等方面存在诸多困境,据此从加强顶层设计、融合实践教学、强化师资队伍、探索智慧课堂等方面探索我国高校就业指导课程思政建设的路径。

The ideological and political construction of employment guidance courses in colleges and universities is an intrinsic requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and cultivating people, and is an important way to promote high-quality and full employment of graduates. The educational goal of the ideological and political construction of college employment guidance courses is to cultivate college students’ correct professional values, establish lofty career ideals, enhance professional quality, improve the psychological quality of job hunting, and realize the organic unity of educating people and talents in colleges and universities. Currently, there are many difficulties in the ideological and political construction of employment guidance courses in colleges and universities in terms of curriculum design, teaching methods, and teaching staff. Based on this, we will explore the ideological and political construction of career guidance courses in colleges and universities in my country from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, integrating practical teaching, strengthening the teaching staff, and exploring smart classrooms path of political construction.
