摘要
高等教育在为学生准备迎接动态和复杂的劳动力市场方面发挥着关键作用。就业能力被认为有助于学生实现理想和自我价值。学校通过职业指导帮助学生发展就业能力,有助于他们获得必要的专业知识和技能,以促进他们向劳动力市场的过渡,满足他们对新工作的要求。本研究通过学生调查和老师访谈,探讨职业导师与学生就业能力发展之间的关系。结果表明,在高等教育中的职业指导中,职业导师与学生就业能力呈正相关,职业辅导能够支持学生发展就业能力。
Higher education plays a key role in preparing students for a dynamic and complex labor market. Employability is believed to help students achieve their ideals and self-worth. The school helps students develop their employability through career guidance, which helps them acquire the necessary professional knowledge and skills to facilitate their transition to the workforce and meet their requirements for a new job. This study explores the relationship between career mentors and students’ employability development through student surveys and teacher interviews. The results show that in the career guidance in higher education, career guidance is positively correlated with students’ employability, and career counseling can support students to develop their employability.
