摘要
青少年是一个人身心发展的关键阶段,随着国家对职业教育的重视,职业院校学生的心理健康问题已成为职业教育重点关注的问题之一。本研究采用问卷调查法,使用第三版孤独感量表、生活满意度量表、大五人格量表对232名职校生进行测量,并对三者的关系进行探讨和分析。研究结果发现:1) 职校生孤独感处于较高水平,主观幸福感处于较低水平;2) 职校生孤独感、主观幸福感、人格特质在人口统计学变量上不存在显著差异;3) 职校生孤独感与主观幸福感存在显著的负相关,与神经质存在显著的正相关;4) 职校生主观幸福感与开放性、外倾性、责任心存在显著的正相关。由此得出结论,人格影响个体的认知和评价,可能导致个体感到孤独,进而影响个体的主观幸福感。Teenagers are the key stage of a person’s physical and mental development. With the attention paid by the state to vocational education, the mental health of students in vocational colleges has become one of the key issues of vocational education. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used to measure 232 vocational school students using the third edition loneliness scale, life satisfaction scale and big five personality scale, and the relationship between the three was discussed and analyzed. The research results showed that: 1) The loneliness of vocational school students is at a high level, subjective well-being is at a low level;2) There are no significant differences in the demographic variables of loneliness, subjective well-being and personality traits of vocational school students;3) There is a significant negative correlation between loneliness and subjective well-being of vocational school students, there was a significant positive correlation with neuroticism;4) There is a significant positive correlation between vocational school students’ subjective well-being and openness, extroversion and responsibility. It is concluded that personality affects individual cognition and evaluation, may lead to loneliness, and then affects individual subjective well-being.
