“大思政课”背景下营养与食品卫生学实验教学的思考

摘要 “大思政课”建设是推动教学质量及课程思政教育的快速发展的重要路径。“大思政课”背景下,思政元素融入不同类型的课程教学是高校教师的首要任务。营养与食品卫生学是预防医学专业的主干课程之一,是以化学、生物学和食品科学为基础研究膳食营养、食品卫生与健康关系的应用学科。实验课程是促进学生掌握专业基础,解决实际问题,并提高创新能力的关键途径。本文将以营养调查为例探讨课程思政在营养与食品卫生学实验教学中的实践,旨在实现对预防医学专业学生的科研思维培养、实践能力提升与价值体系构建的有机结合,为培养适应新时代的预防医学人才做一些探索。The construction of the “great ideological and political course” is an important way to promote the rapid development of teaching quality and ideological and political education in the curriculum. It is the primary task of college teachers to integrate ideological and political elements into different types of courses under “great ideological and political course”. Nutrition and food hygiene is one of the main courses of preventive medicine specialty. It is an applied discipline to study the relationship between dietary nutrition, food hygiene, and health based on chemistry, biology, and food science. The experimental course is a key way to encourage students to master the professional foundation, solve practical problems, and improve their innovation ability. This paper will take nutrition investigation as an example to discuss the practice of curriculum ideology and politics in the experimental teaching of nutrition and food hygiene, aiming to realize the organic combination of the cultivation of scientific research thinking, the improvement of practical ability and the construction of value system for preventive medicine students, to make some exploration in training preventive medicine talents to adapt to the new era.
