摘要
本文探讨了基于一致性建构原则的高职专业课程思政教育模型的建立。以医学生物技术专业的《微生物培养与检验》课程为例,分析了在“课程思政”背景下,如何通过一致性建构原则优化专业教学质量。本文从专业课程体系、教师思想政治素质、学生考核方式以及教学质量评价系统四个方面深入分析,并提出了相应的优化策略,同时强调了以学生为中心,从学生角度出发,基于课程体验开展教学质量评价的重要性。并通过构建“多元多维过程增值”评价体系,实现对学生知识、技能、素质等学习效果的全面评价。结果表明,一致性建构原则下的教学活动能有效提升高职学生的学习积极性和教师的专业化教学水平,对提升高校教学质量具有重要意义。This paper discusses the establishment of an ideological and political education model for higher vocational specialty courses based on the principle of consistency construction. Taking the “Microbiology Cultivation and Inspection” course of medical biotechnology major as an example, it analyzes how to optimize the quality of professional teaching through the principle of consistency construction under the background of “ideological and political education in the curriculum”. This paper analyzes the professional curriculum system, teachers’ ideological and political quality, students’ assessment methods and the teaching quality evaluation system in depth, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies. We also emphasize the importance of student-centered teaching quality evaluation based on students’ experience, and realize the comprehensive evaluation of students’ knowledge, skills, and quality through the construction of the “multi-dimensional and multi-value-added process” evaluation system. The results show that teaching activities under the principle of consistency construction can effectively enhance the learning motivation of higher vocational students and the professional teaching level of teachers, which is of great significance to the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities.
