摘要 目前治疗鼻咽癌的主要方式是放疗,但放射治疗会引起一系列的后遗症,部分患者因无法忍受放疗引起的后遗症而终止治疗。鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症最为常见,极大地影响了患者的生活质量。研究放疗后口干燥症产生的机制,对预防和治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干燥症十分重要。
