摘要
脓毒症是威胁人类健康的一种严重的感染性疾病,其发生发展迅速,严重时可危及生命。肝素结合蛋白(HBP)作为一种急性反应蛋白,可以增加血管内皮细胞通透性、调节单核巨噬细胞功能,介导线粒体途径调节细胞凋亡。HBP能够早期诊断脓毒症,并作为评估脓毒症患者预后的标志物。本文主要阐述HBP的结构、功能以及在脓毒症中的研究进展。
Sepsis is a serious infectious disease that threatens human health. As an acute reactive protein, heparin binding protein (HBP) can increase vascular endothelial cell permeability, regulate mononuclear macrophage function, and mediate mitochondrial pathway to regulate cell apoptosis. HBP can diagnose sepsis early and serve as a marker to evaluate the prognosis of patients with sepsis. This paper mainly describes the structure, function and research progress of HBP in sepsis.
