摘要
仙鹤草为蔷薇科多年生草本植物龙芽草(Agrimoniapilosa)的全草,首载于《图经本草》,称“龙牙草”,清代著名医药学家郑尚若《伪药条辨》正名为仙鹤草。其性平,味苦涩,归肺、肝、脾经。主要成分有仙鹤草素、仙鹤草内酶、鞣质、挥发油、有机酸及仙鹤草酚等,具有收敛止血、补虚、消积、止痢、杀虫、截疟、解毒等功效,临床应用广泛。笔者在跟随全国著名中医徐学义教授的学习过程中,发现仙鹤草对治疗消化系统疾病效果明显,现将仙鹤草在消化疾病中的具体运用,总结如下,以飨同道。
Agrimonia pilosa is the whole plant of Agrimoniapilosa, a perennial herbaceous plant in the Rosaceae family. It was first recorded in “Illustrated Pharmacopoeia” and was called “Agrimoniapilosa” and was correctly Agrimonia pilosa in the “Pseudo-Medicine Treatise” by Zheng Shangruo, a famous medical scientist in the Qing Dynasty. It is mild in nature, with a bitter and astringent taste, affecting the meridians of the lungs, liver, and spleen. The main components include agrimonine, agrimony enzyme, tannin, essential oils, organic acid and agrimophol, etc., which have the effects of hemostasis, tonifying deficiency, promoting digestion, treating dysentery, killing parasites, eliminating malaria and detoxification, and are widely used in clinical applications. In the process of learning with Professor Xu Xueyi, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor, the author found that Agrimonia pilosa has obvious effect on the treatment of digestive diseases. Now the specific application of Agrimonia pilosa in digestive diseases is summarized as follows, and hope readers can gain pleasure and inspiration from reading this article.
