青原区林权类不动产权属争议调处初探

近年来,随着林业重点工程启动以及集体林业产权制度改革进一步深化,触及到了不同的利益格局,使旧体制中一些深层次的问题逐渐显露,一些新的矛盾和问题进一步凸显出来,林权类不动产权属争议明显增加,且涉及范围广,负面影响大。为便于政府职能部门开展工作,落实中央、省、市、县方针政策,调研青原区林权类不动产权属争议方面的现状;引发争议的主要原因;调处争议工作存在的问题;破解争议问题的对策探究。以期使调处工作落到实处,从而有利于构建平安社会、助推乡村经济振兴。

In recent years,with the start of key forestry projects and the deepening of collective forestry property rights reform,different interests have been touched,and some deep-seated problems in the old system have gradually emerged,and some new contradictions and problems have become more prominent.The right of non-moving property rights is a significant increase in disputes,and it has a wide range of influences and a large negative impact.In order to facilitate the work of government functional departments,implement the central,provincial,municipal,and county policies,and investigate the current status of disputes over forest property rights in Qingyuan District,the main causes of disputes,the problems in mediating disputes and the countermeasures are explored.In order to make the mediation work fall into practice,it is conducive to building a safe society and boosting the rural economic revitalization.
