火龙果花化学成分的研究进展

我国火龙果的种植面积很大,每年的花量也很大。火龙果的花朵比较大且十分漂亮,香味宜人。火龙果花营养丰富,含有蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素和矿物质等营养物质,还有黄酮类、多酚、多糖、膳食纤维等多种化学成分。火龙果花能清热解痰、美容养颜,还能预防便秘、大肠癌等多种疾病,具有很好的保健功能,发展前景广阔。本文通过查阅国内外研究火龙果花的文献,对火龙果花化学成分的研究和应用进行了综述,为今后对火龙果花的开发和利用起到参考的作用;火龙果花的营养价值和保健功能会使火龙果花进一步应用到食品、医药、化妆品等领域,可以极大的提高火龙果的附加价值,增加火龙果种植户的收入。

The planting area of dragon fruit in China is very large, and the amount of flowers per year is also very large. The flowers of dragon fruit are large and very beautiful, and the fragrance is pleasant. Dragon fruit flowers are rich in nutrients and contain nutrients such as protein, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, as well as various chemical components such as flavonoids, polyphenols, polysaccharides and dietary fiber, etc. The dragon fruit flower can clear away heat and dissolve phlegm, beautify beauty, and prevent many diseases such as constipation and colorectal cancer. It has good health care functions and broad development prospects. This paper summarizes the research and application of the chemical composition of dragon fruit flowers by referring to the literature on dragon fruit flowers at home and abroad, which will serve as a reference for the future development and utilization of dragon fruit flowers;the function will further apply dragon fruit flowers to food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields, which can greatly increase the added value of dragon fruit and increase the income of dragon fruit growers.
