As the literature of early human society, myth is the most primitive and precious cultural heritage of human beings which reflects human preliminary exploration to the natural world and the imagination of unexplained phenomena in ancient times and has a profound impact on the thinking pattern and behavior habits of all the later human generations. However, due to regional and spatial differences, there are great differences between Chinese and Western myths. By comparing the mythological differences between China and the West, this paper analyzes the cultural differences between them.
