摘要
本文以N,N-二甲基-1,3-二氨基丙烷和氯化苄为原料,通过季铵化反应合成了丙胺基二甲基苄基氯化铵(DBQA);将DBQA与丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸反应合成了一种疏水缔合两性聚丙烯酰胺。用红外谱图对其结构进行分析,结果表明该产品与目标产物结构一致。在优化后的实验条件下,原料的转化率高达98%,并且其稳定性较强。在瓶试中,该产品在加药量为15 mg/L时,水中含油量为67 mg/L,处理效果优于现场药剂及市售的两种药剂。
In this paper,DBQA was synthesized by quaternization using N,N-dimethyl-1,3-diaminopropane and Benzyl chloride as raw materials.A hydrophobically associated amphoteric polyacrylamide was synthesized by the reaction of DBQA with Acrylamide and Acrylic acid.Its structure was analyzed by IR.The results showed that the product was consistent with the target product structure.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the conversion rate of raw materials is as high as 98%,and its stability is strong.In the bottle test,when the dosage is 15 mg/L,the oil content in the water is 67 mg/L,which is better than the on-site agent and the two commercially available agents.
