养殖型湖泊水体叶绿素a含量与营养盐相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了反映阳澄湖水体叶绿素a和营养物质浓度的关系,在分析阳澄湖水体营养盐浓度对叶绿素a含量影响的基础上,建立了叶绿素a和水体营养盐浓度的定量关系。结果表明:阳澄湖水体总氮浓度与叶绿素a浓度之间呈显著正相关;化学需氧量和总磷浓度也分别与叶绿素a浓度之间呈现正相关关系,相关系数与总氮相比较低。根据叶绿素与水体营养盐浓度的定量关系,论文提出仅仅利用阳澄湖水体总氮含量计算叶绿素a浓度的单变量方法和同时利用总氮、化学需氧量计算叶绿素a浓度的多变量方法。研究思路和建立的方法能够给大型养殖型湖泊水体叶绿素a含量与营养盐浓度关系的研究提供借鉴。 In order to study the relationship between Chl-a concentration and nutrients concentration in Yangcheng Lake, the quantitative relationship between Chl-a and nutrient concentration in the lake was established. The results showed that the total nitrogen concentration (CTN) and Chl-a concentra-tion had significant positive correlation. Chemical oxygen content concentration (CCOD) and total phosphorus (CTP) were both considered to study correlation with Chl-a concentration, and the cor-relation decreased. Based on this, new methods for computing Chl-a concentration were proposed in this paper, considering single variable (CTN) and two variables (CTN and CCOD) separately. The re-search idea and method can provide successful experiences for studying relationship between Chl-a and nutrient concentration in large-scale crab breeding lake.
