摘要 含氟漆渣是氟碳涂料喷涂后产生的废渣,此类废渣属于危险废物,需进行无害化、减量化处置。处置工艺中产生的HF采用湿法脱氟工艺去除,但此工艺存在二次污染和投资成本大的问题。因此,本文基于钙基脱氟反应机理,研究不同钙基脱氟剂、添加剂等对脱氟效率的影响,对含氟漆渣进行预处理技术探究,实现含氟漆渣的安全处置。 Fluorocarbon paint residue is the waste residue produced after spraying fluorocarbon paint. It be-longs to hazardous waste and needs to be incinerated. The HF produced in the disposal process is removed by wet defluorination process, but this process has the problems of secondary pollution and high investment cost. Therefore, based on the reaction mechanism of calcium-based defluorination, this paper studies the effects of different calcium-based defluorinate agents and additives on defluorinate efficiency, then the fluoride-containing paint residue was studied on pretreatment technology. The high efficiency incineration disposal and online HF ultra-low and stable emission of fluorinated paint residue are realized.
