摘要
在高质量发展的存量时代下,城市更新是推动我国城市发展转型的重大举措。社区是与城市居民生活密切相关的基础空间,时代变迁导致大量社区因物质环境老化而难以满足居民的生活需求,作为存量空间资源载体的老旧社区亟待更新。通过对老旧社区进行更新改造可以改善居民的生活环境,提升城市空间品质。基于此,本文以老旧社区目前存在的问题与困境为出发点,探寻在微更新视角下社区更新设计应遵循的原则及策略,以期为我国的老旧社区微更新设计提供参考。
In the era of high-quality development, urban renewal is a major measure to promote the transformation of urban development in China. Community is a fundamental space closely related to the lives of urban residents. The changing times have led to a large number of communities being unable to meet the living needs of residents due to the aging material environment. As a carrier of existing spatial resources, old communities urgently need to be updated. By renovating old communities, the living environment of residents and the quality of urban space can be improved. Based on this, this article takes the current problems and difficulties in old communities as the starting point, exploring the principles and strategies that should be followed in community renewal design from the perspective of micro renewal, in order to provide reference for the micro renewal design of old communities in China.
