摘要
历史街区承载着独特的城市精神,其保护与更新是城市发展中需重视的内容。本文以大连市东关街为例,通过对其发展历程与文脉的溯源,提炼出东关街文化特色与现存问题,并基于文旅融合的视角,提出东关街历史街区的保护与更新设计策略,以期在完善街区功能的基础上,延续东关街历史文化脉络,进而培养其旅游发展的活力内源,并为其他城市历史街区的更新设计提供参考。
Historical districts, bearing the unique urban spiritual context, are the contents that should be paid attention to in urban development. Taking Dongguan Street of Dalian as an example, this paper extracts the architectural cultural characteristics and existing problems of Dongguan Street by tracing its development history and context. Based on the perspective of the integration of cul-ture and tourism, this paper proposes the design strategy for the protection and renewal of Dongguan Street’s historical district, in order to continue the historical and cultural context of Dongguan Street while improving the function of the district, and further cultivate the vitality of its tourism development. It also provides reference for the renewal design of other urban historic districts.
