摘要
随着经济社会的发展,大学生面临的社会环境、家庭环境和校园环境日益复杂多样,学习、就业、经济和情感等方面的压力日益增加,使得大学生成为心理问题高发群体。本文针对大学生心理危机问题,将EAP引入大学生心理健康教育,以帮助解决大学生的各种心理和行为问题,将大学生心理危机控制从“消极、被动、事后和弥补”转化为“积极、主动、事前和预防”,切实有效地预警大学生心理危机事件的发生。
With the development of economic and social, students are facing an increasingly complex and diverse social environment, family environment and campus environment. Meanwhile, the increasing pressure coming from learning, employment, economic and emotional is making them the high incidence of psychological problems. Therefore, EAP model is introduced to solve university students’ psychological crisis. Based on EAP model in mental health education, students would be helped to solve a variety of psychological and behavioral problems, and control the psychological crisis from the “negative, passive, afterwards, and make up” into “positive, proactive, pre- and prevention”, so as to effectively realize the early warning of mental crisis events.
