摘要
针对某高校教学和科研比重严重失调的问题,深入探讨了其本征表现和外延表象,并且指出造成这些现象的深层次原因,从而有的放矢,对每个现象逐个提出改革措施和建议,特别是提出了三个“有利于”原则等。
Aiming at some disproportions between teaching and scientific research existing in a university, the eigen and extension phenomena of the disproportions were discussed deeply. Furthermore, deep reasons of the phenomena were pointed out. For the phenomena, the reforming measurements were proposed, especially the three favor rules.
