摘要
急诊科是医院急症诊疗的首诊场所,也是社会医疗服务体系的重要组成部分,肩负着本专业一定范围的医疗、教学、科研、预防等多项工作。目前很多教学医院为加强教学管理,提高教学质量,在急诊科成立专科的教研小组及教学秘书以负责科内教学管理工作。教学秘书在急诊教学管理工作中发挥了不可替代的重要作用,然而如何在繁忙而高强度的临床工作中兼职胜任教学秘书一职,并规范、有序、高质、高效地完成急诊临床教学任务。本人根据一年多来作为急诊科本科生和研究生教学秘书的感悟和体会进行了总结和探讨。
As the first visiting place of emergency and dangerous diseases, emergency department is not only an important part of the modern medical service system, but also responsible for the multi-task of treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention of emergency medicine. In order to strengthen the teaching management and improve the quality of teaching, teaching group and secretary were established for managing emergency teaching works aimed to undergraduate and graduate in emergency department of many teaching hospitals in recent years. Teaching secretary plays an important and irreplaceable role in teaching management. However, how to standardize, order, high-quality and efficiently complete the clinical teaching task after their busy and intensive clinical working as part-time teaching secretary? In this paper, we will discuss and summary the ma- nagement method of teaching secretary based on the experience of our emergency department aimed to undergraduate and graduate during the past year.
