生涯发展教育,作为中学生生涯规划的一门必修课程或学校教育中伴随学生发展全过程的一项重要内容设计,当前已经得到了全球教育界的普遍认同。生涯发展教育是中学生未来人生职业发展的定向标和助航器,是良好职业生态形成的“铺路石”。国外职业生涯教育所取得的成功经验,对我国中学生生涯发展教育的实施提供了有益借鉴。在新高考改革背景下,适时开设适合中学生发展需要的人生规划课程,是摆在我们每一位教育工作者面前的首要任务,具有十分重要的意义。

Career development education, as a required course of middle school students’ career planning or an important content design accompanied the whole process of students’ development in school education, has been commonly agreed in the global education at present. The career development education is a directional guidance and navigation aid for the future career development of middle school students, which is a "paving stone"for good professional ecology. The successful experience of overseas in vocational education has provided a useful reference for the implementation of middle school students’ career development education in our country. Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform, teaching a life planning course that the middle school students needed at the right moment is the primary task for us each education workers, and it has the very vital significance.
