摘要 卓越工程师的培养存在校内校外两个课堂,卓越工程师的成长道路分为形成期和成长期两个阶段,在分析卓越工程师培养标准的基础上,建立了卓越工程师的校内培养体系,在分析卓越工程师成长的前提上,培养学生的自学能力,将终身学习引入工程师的成长中,按照工作岗位对人才的需求进行分类,形成一个从单一到全面的、从技术到管理的上升空间,建立卓越工程师在工作岗位上的学习和成长体系,最终将一个具有专业知识和一定技能的卓越工程师培养成知识全面、技能优秀,同时具有丰富管理经验的高层次人才。 Excellent engineer training has two classes inside and outside the school. And the development of excellent engineers also has two stages: the birth and the growth period. The training system of excellent engineers in school was established on the analysis of excellent engineer training stan-dards. The lifelong learning is introduced into the growth of the engineer on the premise of ana-lyzing the development of excellent engineers. The rise in space has formed from a single project to comprehensive project, from the technology job to the management job. A system of learning and growth of excellent engineers in the workplace has been established. Excellent engineers who have professional knowledge and skills were trained. And they have rich experience in management of high-level personnel.
