新时代,处于实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键时期,面对城镇化、信息化、利益多元化给广大基层群体生产生活方式及思维观念带来的巨大变革,思想政治教育工作者如何有效应对敌对势力和平演变和多元思潮、泛娱乐化等趋势对主流意识形态带来的挑战,需要直面新时代基层实际问题,转变理念,增强服务意识,在实践中融入思想政治教育,通过加强基层各个领域的组织建设,创新思想政治教育方式方法,丰富思想政治教育内容、扩展思想政治教育载体,妥善化解基层各个领域因现实利益产生的错综复杂矛盾和问题,理顺情绪、达成共识、凝魂聚力、统一思想、提高素质。

In the new era, we are in the critical period of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Faced with the tremendous changes brought by urbanization, informatization and diversification of interests to the production, life style and thinking concept of the grassroots groups, how can ideological and political educators effectively cope with the trend of peaceful evolution of hostile forces, diversification of thoughts and pan-entertainment? To challenge the mainstream ideology, we need to face the practical problems at the grassroots level in the new era, change our concepts, enhance service awareness, integrate ideological and political education in practice, innovate the ways and methods of ideological and political education, enrich the content of ideological and political education, and expand ideological and political education by strengthening the organization construction in various fields at the grassroots level. Carriers of education should properly resolve the complex contradictions and problems arising from realistic interests in all fields of grass-roots units, straighten out emotions, reach consensus, cohesion, unify ideas and improve quality.
