摘要
培养高素质的创新性应用型人才是高等院校独立学院义不容辞的责任。创新型人才不仅需要坚实的理论基础,还要有丰富的多学科实验经历和动手能力、应用能力。因此,充分利用中医药大学的科技创新团队和科研平台给学生提供整合的多学科研究体系、研究氛围,是构建多维度、立体化的独立学院药学创新人才培养体系的重要实践和途径,是紧跟形势发展的与时俱进的探索之路。
It is imperative for independent college of higher education to cultivate innovative and applied talents with high quality.Innovative talents are required to have not only solid theoretical foundation,but also rich multidisciplinary experimental experience,manipulative ability and application ability.Therefore,we should provide students with an integrated multi-disciplinary research system and atmosphere by making full use of the scientific and technological innovation team and research platform in the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is an important method to build a multi-dimensional training system for pharmaceutical innovative talents in independent colleges and a challenge way to keep pace with the development of the world.
