教育脱贫背景下贫困地区中等职业教育现状研究

Research of Secondary Vocational Education in Poverty Areas under the Background of Poverty Alleviation by Education

中等职业教育在党中央、国务院做出的打赢脱贫攻坚战这一重大决策部署中起到特殊作用。对2018年、2017年贫困地区各省、非贫困地区各省、全国各省的中等职业教育毕业生人数、招生人数、在校生人数、生师比、生均公共财政预算做了内部、外部比较后发现贫困地区各省中等职业教育发展水平落后于非贫困地区以及全国平均水平。针对贫困地区中等职业教育发展的现状,提出了提高公共财政投入,多途径教育经费来源,贯通中职、普教、高教流动渠道,提高教师地位、完善师资队伍的措施建议。

Secondary vocational education plays a special role in the major decision and arrangements made by the central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council of the People’s Re-public of China to battle against the poverty.It is found that the development of secondary vocational education in the provinces of poverty areas lags behind the provinces of non-poverty areas and the national average level by the internal and external comparisons of the number of secondary vocational education graduate,the number of secondary vocational education enrolled students,the number of secondary vocational education undergraduate,student-teacher ratio,and the per student budget of the public finance of the provinces in the poverty areas,non-poverty areas and the all provinces of the whole country in 2018 and 2017.Aiming at the current status of the development of secondary vocational education in the poverty areas,there are some suggestions of improving the public finance investment,diversifying the education funding sources,linking up the channels of secondary vocational education,general education and higher education,and promoting the status of teachers to improve the quality and quantity of the teaching staff.
