“底线教育”和“高线教育”及其在高等教育中的作用

“Bottom Line Education”, “High Line Education” and Their Role in Chinese Universities System

本文提出“底线教育”、“高线教育”、“底线期望”、“高线期望”等概念,认为个体的“底线”和“高线”其受到教育的程度有很大关系,不同学历层次学校和不同类型高校培养出来的学生其在社会生活中的“底线期望”和“高线期望”不同,高等教育阶段是“实践强化”的主要阶段。高教系统的底线教育也有很大的必要性,“底线教育”中案例教育的价值让我们看到,腐败离我们不远,意识到教育系统腐败的危害性很大,我们还需要进一步了解我们助长了什么不良现象。“高线教育”是教育的主体,具有教育的长期必然性,思想不足是腐败的基本前提,高校思想政治工作应该“底线教育”和“高线教育”并重,“底线教育”的实施是可以起到保护“高线思想”的作用,高等教育系统的思想政治教育要“心中有高线,眼中有底线”

This paper puts forward the concepts of“bottom line education”,“high line education”,“Bottom line probability expectation”,“high line probability expectation”and so on.That the results of education of“bottom line education”or“high line education”will different in different school education levels.The“bottom line probability expectations”and“high probability of line expectations”is different in different levels of school and different types of universities,and the stage of universities education is the main stage of“practice to strengthen”.The“bottom line education”is also a great necessity in the Higher education system of China.The value of case education allows us to see that corruption is far from us and that the corruption of the education system is very damaging,and we need to know more about what we have contributed to.The high-line education is the main body of education,with the longterm inevitability of education,lack of ideology is the basic premise of corruption,ideological and political work should be the bottom line of education and high line education.The implementation of the bottom line of education can play a role in protecting the“line of thought”.There is a hope that the higher education system of ideological and political education to“a high line in heart,the bottom line in the eyes”.
