How Middle School Teachers Realize the Conversion from Offline to Online Teaching in Epidemic Situation

疫情控制期间,为响应教育部“停课不停教、不停学”的号召,各校纷纷开展线上教学工作,教学方式的突然转变给广大中学教师带来了新的挑战。本文就疫情期间中学教师在网络教学工作中面临的困境进行了探讨,并提出了几点应对建议,以期为教师工作方式的转变提供新思路,有效保障学生的学习效果。

During the epidemic control period, in response to the Ministry of Education’s call to “Do not stop teaching even if classes are suspended”, various schools have launched online teaching work. The sudden change in teaching methods has brought new challenges to teachers in the middle school. This article discusses the difficulties faced by middle school teachers in online teaching during the epidemic, and puts forward some countermeasures. It not only provides new ideas for the trans-formation of teachers' working methods, but also effectively guarantees the learning effect of students.
