社会情感技能作为SEL (社会情感学习)过程中的一个重要组成部分,能够有效地促进幼儿的身心全面和谐发展,在教师、学校和家长的共同努力之下,通过环境的支持,游戏活动的组织和开展,民主平等的班级氛围,以及开展积极的家校合作等途径,能够培养幼儿的社会情感技能,使得幼儿可以更好地理解和管理情绪,发展幼儿的自控力,提高幼儿的学习力、决策力、社交力和适应力,帮助幼儿在校内外形成良好的人际关系和道德品质。
As an important part of the process of SEL (social-emotional learning), social-emotional skills can effectively promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children's body and mind. With the joint efforts of teachers, schools and parents, through the support of the environment, the organization and development of game activities, democratic and equal class atmosphere, as well as active home-school cooperation, children’s social-emotional skills can be developed, so that children can better understand and manage emotions. It can develop children’s self-control, improve children’s learning ability, decision-making ability, social ability and adaptability, and help children to form good interpersonal and moral quality inside and outside school.
