摘要
过去,只有特殊学校的教师才需要具有特教专业知能。随着融合教育在我国的推行,学习能力较好的有特殊教育需要学生将会回到普通学校,普通学校教师则需要掌握更多教导有特殊教育需要学生的技巧。本文首先会分享澳门在促进普通学校教师具备特教专业知能的经验与做法,然后剖析我国在融合教育的推行下,普通学校教师应具备的特教专业知能的内涵,以期望作为我国教师专业发展的参考。
In the past, only teachers in special schools needed special education expertise. With the implementation of inclusive education in China, students with special learning needs who have better learning ability will return to ordinary schools, and ordinary school teachers will need to master more skills to teach students with special education needs. This article will first share Macao experience and practices in promoting the special education expertise of ordinary school teachers, and then analyze the connotation of special education knowledge that ordinary school teachers should possess under the implementation of inclusive education in China, expected to serve as a reference for teachers' professional development in China.
