摘要 教师专业发展是教师教育研究永恒的主题。人工智能时代,以大数据、云计算、人工智能为代表的新兴技术改变传统教学方式、促进知识容量倍增、引起教师角色转变,面对这些教育行业外在形态的“变”,本文将结合教育本质的“不变”和教师立德树人的根本任务,重新思考教师在人工智能时代的发展问题。技术不能改变教育本质,无法取代教师本职,但较之于当下先进的技术优势,教师需要不断更新自我核心素养,发展其信息意识、信息技术应用能力、创新能力以及合作能力,通过移动化网络提升知识涵养,运用人机协作助推智能化教学技能,借助远程团队协作提升科研水平,探索人工智能时代的教师专业发展之路。 Teacher professional development is the eternal theme of teacher education research. In the era of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies represented by big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence are changing traditional teaching methods, promoting the doubling of knowledge capacity, and causing the role of teachers to change. In the face of these changes in the external form of the education industry, this article will combine the “unchanged” nature of education and the fundamental task of teachers’ morality to rethink the development of teachers in the era of artificial intelligence. Technology cannot change the essence of education and cannot replace the teacher’s job, but compared with the current advanced technological advantages, teachers need to constantly update their core literacy, develop their information awareness, information technology application ability, innovation ability and cooperation ability, improve knowledge cultivation through mobile networks, use human-machine collaboration to promote intelligent teaching skills, and improve scientific research level through remote team collaboration to explore the professional development of teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.
