摘要 本文从小学教育角度出发,阐明了“课程思政”在小学教育教学中的含义;分析了当前小学教师普遍存在缺乏自我提升的主动性、思想认识存在偏差、教学能力有待提升等现象,从而影响“课程思政”实施效果;并提出相应对策来提升小学教师立德树人能力。在语文、数学、英语、科学、体育等课程体系中加入“课程思政”理念,在小学教师育人工作方面锦上添花。构建一种全员思政、全时思政、全科思政的理念,从小培养学生的思政意识,将德育和智育齐头并进,协同育人,为新时代社会主义接班人的成长奠定良好的基础。 From the point of view of primary education, this paper expounds the meaning of “curriculum thought and politics” in primary school education and teaching, and analyzes the common phenomena of primary school teachers, such as lack of initiative in self-improvement, deviation in ideological understanding, teaching ability to be improved, and so on, which affect the implementation effect of “curriculum thought and politics”. This paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve primary school teachers’ ability to cultivate morality and cultivate people. The concept of “curriculum thought and politics” is added to the curriculum system of Chinese, mathematics, English, science and physical education, which is the icing on the cake in the work of prima-ry school teachers’ education. We should construct a concept of all-staff thinking about politics, full-time thinking about politics and all-subject thought and politics, cultivate students’ ideological and political consciousness from an early age, and make moral education and intellectual education go hand in hand, so that we are able to educate people as completely as possible and lay a good foundation for the growth of socialist successors in the new era.
