辅导员在高职院校心理育人工作中具有无可替代的岗位优势,但长期以来高职辅导员的心理育人功能并没有得以充分发挥;高职院校应重视并加强辅导员心理辅导专业培训,提升其专业素质和心理育人能力;高职辅导员也应当努力提升职业素养和业务能力,充分利用自身的岗位优势,组织开展心理健康教育活动,将解决心理问题跟解决实际困难相结合,帮助学生排除心理危机,做学生的知心朋友和领路人,为其成长成才保驾护航。

Counselors have irreplaceable advantages in the work of psychological education in Higher Vocational College, but the psychological education function of counselors has not been fully played for a long time. Higher Vocational College should attach importance to and strengthen the professional training of counselors in psychological counseling to improve their professional quality and psychological education ability. Counselors in higher vocational colleges should also strive to improve their professional qualities and abilities, make full use of their own advantages in their posts, organize and carry out mental health education activities, combine solving psychological problems with solving practical difficulties, and help students to get rid of psychological crisis, be the student's bosom friend and guider and help them grow up and become men.
