摘要
本文以电子科学专业培养目标为出发点,主要介绍了针对电子科学专业固体物理课程的教学改革,在教学内容、教学方法、考核方式三方面开展探索研究。首先,对传统的固体物理内容进行整合,同时引入前沿热点、科技前沿成果案例和专题讲座,激发学生学习热情。其次,随着互联网技术的日新月异,新的教学手段层出不穷,在此引入了线上线下混合教学、翻转课堂、仿真实验研究和案例分析,活跃课堂气氛,培养学生实践探索能力。最后,考核成绩采取多样化评分的方式,成绩包含了四部分:期末考试、案例研究、科学报告和平时成绩,淡化卷面成绩占比,充分展示学生自主学习和科研探索能力。通过上述改革,使得固体物理教学紧跟电子科学专业的发展步伐,为推动创新性人才的培养提供新的思路和方法。
Based on the undergraduate training goal of electronic science major, this paper focuses on the teaching exploration of solid state physics, which mainly includes three aspects: the teaching contents, teaching methods and examination methods. First, the content of traditional solid physics is adjusted and integrated, whilst some hot issues in the academic frontier are introduced via special lectures to stimulate student interest in learning. Secondly, due to the rapid development of the internet, there is a fast growth of novel teaching methods, such as online and offline mixed teaching, inverted classroom, numerical simulation project, etc. Thus the class is more dynamic, and the practice abilities of the students are cultivated. Finally, the assessment is diversified, which consists of four parts: test scores, case study, scientific report, and daily performance. Consequently, the proportion of the test scores is decreased since the final score values highly on autonomous learning and scientific research ability. Through the above reforms, the teaching of solid state physics can keep up with the development pace of the electronic science major and inspires the cultivating of creative talents.
