群体感知效应改善疫情期间学生居家线上学习迟到情况的实践研究

摘要 疫情期间,通过我校护理系学生居家线上学习情况的问卷调查发现,约有29%的同学在参与网上直播授课时存在上课迟到现象,严重影响同学们居家学习的学习效果。针对这一问题,我们尝试采用两种方法建立群体感知模型,利用群体感知效应降低同学们学习的孤独感,提高其上课积极性,减少迟到情况的发生。研究证实:有效的群体感知可以提高同学们的上课积极性,改善同学们的上课迟到情况。同时我们发现,能有效调动同学们主动性的方法可能比强制措施更有助于同学们的学习。 During the epidemic of COVID-19, through a questionnaire survey on the home-online learning situation of our students it was found that about 29% of students were late for class when participating in online teaching, which may seriously affect the learning effect. To solve this problem, we tried to use two methods to establish a group perception model, which used the group perception effect to reduce their loneliness, improved their enthusiasm for class, and improved the situation of being late for class. This study has confirmed that effective group perception can increase students’ enthusiasm for class and improve students’ lateness for class. At the same time, we found that methods which can effectively mobilize students' initiative may be more helpful to students' learning than compulsory measures.
