疫情危机下我国基础教育信息化建设问题与改进探析

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情爆发之后,中小学在线教学乱象暴露出我国教育信息化仍存在硬件资源建设不足、软件资源建设滞后、潜件资源缺乏丰富应用实践等问题。基础教育信息化建设区域不均衡、重硬件轻软件、重建设轻应用、过分依赖自由的市场资源以及培训效果欠佳是导致这些问题的主要原因。要转危为机,需要推动在线教学和混合式教学逐步常态化,统筹城乡与校际信息化资源建设,软硬并举,建设与应用并重,完善资金投入机制并增强教育信息化培训实效性。 During the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, primary school and secondary school online teaching chaos revealed that China’s education informatization still has problems such as insufficient hardware resources construction, software resource construction lag, and lack of rich application of latent resources. The main reasons for these problems are unbalanced regional construction of basic education informatization, emphasizing hardware over software, reconstructing facilities over application, over relying on free market resources and poor training effect. To turn the crisis into opportunity, we need to promote the gradual normalization of online teaching and hybrid teaching, coordinate the construction of urban and rural and inter-school information resources, develop both software and hardware, pay equal attention to construction and application, improve the funding mechanism, and enhance the effectiveness of education informatization training.
