摘要
我国乡村教师的专业发展还没有达到稳固的阶段,虽然国家在乡村教师发展方面做出了许多扶持计划,但是乡村教师的专业发展面临的许多困境仍需要正视,主要有以下几个方面的困境:专业自主发展意识淡薄,教育研究能力不足,教师工作负荷超重。为促进乡村教师专业发展提出了相应的对策:增强乡村教师专业自主发展意识与能力、反思研究能力,投入对乡村教师的人财物的扶持力度,提升乡村教师的入职前后的职业认同,进一步促进乡村教师专业发展。
China’s rural teachers’ professional development has not yet reached a solid stage, although the country has made many support plans in rural teachers’ development, but rural teachers’ profes-sional development is still facing many difficulties to face up to, mainly in the following aspects of the dilemma: weak sense of professional independent development, insufficient educational research capacity, teachers overweight workload, teachers’ professional identity uncertainty. In order to promote the professional development of rural teachers, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: to enhance the rural teachers’ professional self-development consciousness and ability, to reflect on the research ability, to invest in the support of rural teachers’ people and property, and to enhance the professional identity of rural teachers before and after their entry into the profession. We will further promote the professional development of rural teachers.
