“环境思政”视角下分年级管理创新模式初探——以湖北经济学院法商学院会计系为例 被引量:1

摘要 传统大学管理结构多实行“校–系–班”三级管理模式,由于没有考虑不同年级之间的独特性与差异需求,导致管理针对性不强,管理过程中沟通与反馈效率降低。如何构建基于年级的管理模式对于提高学生管理效能具有重要意义,本文以“环境思政”为视角,以湖北经济学院法商学院会计系为案例,探索“环境思政”在“年级制”管理模式的意义和实现路径,以期探索基于“环境思政”的高校“年级制”管理模式实践创新。 Universities in China have long practiced the management model that divides a university into school level, faculty level and class level from top to bottom. This kind of management, however, has been proved failed to provide an efficient communication and useful feedback due to its disregard for the diversity and differences between grades as well as its low precision. Therefore, it is of much significance in improving management efficiency on a basis of a new grade-based management model. This paper, from the perspective of the environmental ideological and political education, aims to explore how the education benefits the grade-based management model and how it functions, for example, in Department of Accounting of Law &Business college of Hubei University of Economics. It also hopes to contribute to the innovation of the grade-based management model in universities where the practice of the environmental ideological and political education is high-lighted.
