教练技术在构建主体间师生关系中的应用

摘要 教练是一种以互动式沟通为基础,以成果为导向,关注主体和未来的活动过程。在教育教学中对优化师生关系,促进学生发展成效显著。随着对师生关系本质研究的不断推进,师生关系呈现出依靠主体间性建立起来的民主、平等、互动、理解的新样貌。采用教练式的沟通技巧,进行开放性、假设性提问,关注不同层次的聆听,结合恰当的语音语调给予回应,有利于主体间师生关系的形成,更好地促进学生发展。 Coaching is an activity process based on interactive communication and results-oriented, focusing on the subject and the future. In education process, it has achieved remarkable results in optimizing the relationship between teachers and students and promoting student development. With the continuous advancement of the research on the nature of the teacher-student relationship, the teacher-student relationship takes on a new look of democratic, equality, interaction, and under-standing built on intersubjectivity. The use of coaching communication skills, open and hypothetical questions, attention to different levels of listening, combined with appropriate voice and intonation to respond, is conducive to the formation of the teacher-student relationship of intersubjectivity and better promotes student development.
